5 Reasons Why Juve Will Beat Madrid Tonight

5 Reasons Why Juve Will Beat Madrid Tonight

Real Madrid will believe that they can defeat Juventus by more than two goals to qualify for the champions league final. The bookies place them as favorites.
Juventus won the first leg in Italy 2-1 thanks to goals from Morata and Tevez while Ronaldo scored a consolation goal for the Spanish side. If you watched the match as a neutral you will notice that tactically Juventus were superior despite having inferior players.

Tevez scored in a penalty in the first leg
If you think Real Madrid will make this match a stroll in the park, you are mistaken. Here are five reasosn why Juventus will beat Real Madrid again tonight:
– History on on Juventus side
Juventus are very good when they play Madrid. In seven previous knock-out ties including finals, Juventus have won four ties. One of the last time these two teams met in the semi-final of the champion’s league in 2003, Juve prevailed 4-3 on aggregate. The old lady lost 2-1 in Spain but prevailed 3-1 back in Turin.
Also the last knock-out tie between these two sides came in the round of 16 of the 2004-2005 seasons. The Italians defeated the Spanish side 2-1 on aggregate.  Juve lost the first leg 1-0 but defeated Madrid 2-0 in the return leg to advance to the quarter-finals.
– Madrid are low on confidence and have poor performing players
Gareth Bale, Casillas, Ronaldo are just some of the Madrid stars under performing of late. Madrid finished 2014 with 22 straight wins but has endured a dreadful 2015. Star player Cristiano Ronaldo has also been below par in 2015.
In Los Blancos last match against Valencia, Madrid were very poor and had to come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Los Che. Gareth Bale has been below his best this season and he seems to be affected by his loss of form.

Bale was poor in the first leg

Despite scoring in the 1st leg in Turin, Cristiano Ronaldo has suffered a huge loss of form recently. He even missed a penalty against Valencia at the weekend. With this Madrid side low on confidence, it seems inevitable they will crash out.
 – Juventus have a really good defense
Try playing against the best defense in the most defensive league in the world and you would have your work cut out for you.
Bonucci and Chiellini will line up in the center defense for Juve tonight and using a cue from the first leg – Chiellini finished the match bloodied – then it is clear to see a misfiring strike force have no chance against Juventus.
The only defender in the Madrid ranks good enough to play for the Italian side is Sergio Ramos. With the tenacious attitude of Chiellini complemented by the calm ball playing abilities of Bonucci, Juve have one of the best defensive partnerships in Europe. Juventus have little or nothing to fear with both men marshalling the defense.
 – Morata and Tevez want to make a statement
Morata graduated from the Juve youth academy while Tevez was ignored by Madrid back in 2013 when the striker was bent on leaving Manchester City.
Both are now star strikers for the Italian side. Morata and Tevez both scored in a first leg win for Juventus while Ronaldo scored a consolation goal for Madrid.

Tevez and Morata are important first team players at Juventus
Morata was cast away to Juventus while Madrid decided not to sign Tevez because he will be too much competition for current striker Karim Benzema.
Madrid have been made to rue that decision as Tevez has proven to be one of the best strikers in that period while Morata has proven that he can play a part in the success of a huge club in Europe.
– The midfield, Paul Pogba is back
Pogba is back. The star man is back. The midfield maesro called Paul Pogba has returned for the second leg and made a return after a month out at the weekend against Cagliari. Pogba even scored in that match.

Paul Pogba
With Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio and Pirlo lining up alongside the Frenchman in midfield, Pogba is surrounded by season professionals who have aided his development.
While Juve have an experienced midfield complemented by an emerging one in Pererya, Sturraro, Romulo, and Koman, Los Blancos have will come into tonight’s match knowing that their most important midfielder, Luka Modric will be missing in action.
Toni Kroos will also play this match half fit while the like of Illaramendi, Khedira and Lucas Silva have failed to impress.
Perharps it is time to recall Casemiro on loan to Porto. Casemiro has outshone every midfielder bar for Moadric, Kroos, Isco and James Rodriguez. Casemiro has also been one of the best midfielders in the champions league this season.
