6 Things That Will Make You Achieve Orgasm

For most women, not achieving orgasm does not necessarily mean they do not enjoy sex, but being able to climax is certainly something a lot of women yearn for. Sadly enough, quite a few women have been able to reach the’ big O’, during sex.
If you are one of those that is finding it difficult to get there, you should consider the list below to see where the problem might be.
1. Sex is also a mental activity: For women, sex is as much a mental activity as it is a physical one. You have to be in the moment and not just physically present. You have to be mentally turned on. Your mind and body have to be focused on what you are doing.
It is also known that a lot of women find it easier to orgasm when they masturbate. This might be due to the fact that with masturbation, it has to do with fantasies. So, when with your partner, try closing your eyes and thinking of the hottest sexual scenario you can. You would be surprised how far this can take you.
2. Relax: You cannot get the most out of sex if you do not learn to relax. Forget all your troubles for the moment and let go. Find your comfort zone and release all inhibitions. You would make it that much easier for your body to embrace the pleasure.
3. Know Yourself: Just as masturbation lets you get explore the mental side of sex, it can also help you get acquainted (or reacquainted) with yourself. Take some time to enjoy self pleasure so you can find out what gets you off without pressure. You can take all the time in the world to focus of yourself without having to worry about what your partner is thinking. Doing this as often as you can would help you find out what you like and you can communicate this to your partner when the time comes.
4. Stick with a partner: Sometimes being with someone you know well and trust would help you come that much closer to achieving orgasm. Women differ from men in the sense that they need to connect with someone emotionally, before they can achieve that ultimate peak of pleasure. So the longer you have been with one partner, the more likely you would get regular orgasm.
5. Speak up: Do not be afraid to let your partner know what feels good during sex. For a woman to climax, the partner has to continue a certain pleasurable act for a period of time. It is not something that comes out of nowhere.
So when he hits the spot and you feel yourself start to react, let him know so he can keep doing what he is doing until you climb to the top. If you keep the info to yourself, he will just move on to other things and you would be left wanting.
6. Introduce toys: Some women would only achieve orgasm if a lot of their senses are stimulated at the same time, and this is where toys come in.  Toys do not have to replace your man, they can do a lot to magnify the pleasure he already gives you. So start with simple stuffs like vibrators and nipple clamps. Try to have your partner stimulate your sensual points and enjoy the ride.
