After the defeat of boko haram insurgents in Dikwa, the Nigerian army had yesterday carried out the clean out of the Borno state town.
Photos have surfaced showing the soldiers taking out Improvised Explosive Device buried underground in Dikwa town.
Today, Governor Shettima told the world media that the reason Islamic leaders in the state are afraid of criticising the violent group.
