UGLY FIGHT: Man, Girlfriend Attack Woman’s Breast

A 21-year-old mechanic, Rasaq Adeshire and his 19-year-old girlfriend,Yemisi Alayonde have been accused of biting their neighbour’s breast and also beating her.

Adeshire and his girlfriend, who reside at No. 38 Eyin Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos were arraigned on May 12, Tuesday, before an Oshodi Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.

According to Leadership report, on May 10, Sunday, the victim, Ms Ogechukwu Okwaza was baking cake in the kitchen when the lovebirds came in and told her to take her cakes away from their table.

As she was getting ready to move her cakes elsewhere, Adeshire and his girlfriend were said to have brought kerosene and poured it on the cake.

In anger, Okwaza insulted them for their wicked action and that’s when the couple descended on her, tore her clothes, beat her up and also bit her breast.

When the beating was becoming too much for her to handle, she raised an alarm, which attracted two other neighbours, who came to her rescue.

Addressing the court, the prosecutor, Cpl. Kehinde Olatunde said the accused inflicted injury on the victim, adding that both parties had been nursing grudges toward each other though the cause had not been disclosed.

The couple, who were being tried for breach of peace, conspiracy and assault, pleaded not guilty to the offences and they were granted bail in the sum of N50,000 each with one surety each in like sum by the Magistrate, Mr Akeem Fashola.

The case was adjourned until June 19 for mention.
