Ambode Names Akindele As LASEMA's New GM

The Governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode has sacked Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyintolu the head of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) appointing Michael Kolawole Akindele as the new General Manage

In a press release signed by the Public Relations Officer, LASEMA, Mr. Adebayo Kehinde, said Akindele was the former vice chairman Ikeja local government area, as well as the Special Assistant on Health to former Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu, between 2004-2007.

The new LASEMA boss has also served as the Senior Special assistant on LASEMA, between 2007-2011.


Recently Akindele, served as the Senior Special Assistant on Housing to the immediate past governor of Lagos state between 2011-2015.

The new head of LASEMA has a robust experience in Health and Public Administration.

Governor Ambode expressed his appreciation to the former LASEMA boss for giving his service to the state and wished him success in the future.Meanwhile Governor Ambode, has raised an alarm of phony activities executed by fraudsters posing to be him.
