Dr Adebule said Governor Ambode has approved the release of certain amount of money that will be paid into an account, whereby part of it will be used to attend to some of the urgent needs of mother and children. She also said officials from the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation have been ordered to provide the needed logistics support. On her part, Ruth thanked the Lagos state government for the gesture and support. She noted that the love shown to her and her children, clearly shows that the government cares about the welfare of its citizens. The peak of the event was a presentation of a token from Dr Adebule to Ruth. The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, last week paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Ruth Uche, the mother of three pairs of twins, abandoned by her husband.
