The newly appointed chief of army staff, Major General Tukur Yusuf Buratai, who relocated to Yobe state to spend Sallah celebration with troops at Damaturu, was spoted with Governor Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe state serving soldiers during Eld El-Fitr on Friday, July 17.

On the following morning, the new COAS has challenged soldiers stationed at 27 Task Force Brigade to push ups.
