In Mogadishu, the Somali Capital a massive explosion rocked popular hotel, Jazeera yesterday Saturday, July 25, 2015.
The explosion was said to be targeted at Jazeera hotel close to the United Nations (UN), compound in Mogadishu and the explosives was left in a laden car, as six people have been confirmed dead.
However, earlier on Friday Somalia’s Al-Shabaab insurgents assassinated a lawmaker, Abdulahi Hussein Muhamud and his guards.

It can be recalled that, on Friday a chlorine cylinder explosion at the state government’s water treatment plant at the Lamingo water dam in Jos, Plateau state, left 14 people dead, with over a hundred sustaining varying degrees of injuries from poisonous gas inhalation.
