The Emir of Kano, Lamido Muhammad Sanusi II, was recently spotted using an automated teller machine (ATM) in Kano state.
Last week Sanusi was hosted by President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, August 4, at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Sanusi was not favoured much by Goodluck Jonathan, the immediate past president, after he had uncovered serious corruption allegations while acting as the head of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The emir was also recently spotted kneeling down to greet his mother.
Sanusi became the Emir of Kano after the demise of the immediate past Emir, Alhaji Dr. Ado Abdullahi Bayero.
