Ex-Barca Player, Chelsea Stars Top EPL Flop Of The Week

With most week three matches of the English Premier League played over the weekend, a list of the worst performers of the weekend was compiled by Goal.com.
According to the compilation, Chelsea and West Ham United had more players in the team than other teams in the top flight of English Football.
The flop of the week as analysed by Goal.com
Below are the players as compiled:
DARREN RANDOLPH | West Ham 3-4 Bournemouth (Goalkeeper)
He conceded four against the newly-promoted side, but all came from defensive errors as he was largely hung out to dry.
Bournemouth goalkeeper, Randolph, was guilty of the goals conceded
BRANISLAV IVANOVIC | West Brom 2-3 Chelsea (Defender)
Still a complete liability on the right of Chelsea’s back four. McManaman became the latest winger to put him in his back pocket, beating him for pace and skill whenever he wanted. Mourinho loves the Serb but he has a big decision to make.
Chelsea’s Ivanovic was not up to scratch in the club’s match at the weekend.
JOHN TERRY | West Brom 2-3 Chelsea (Defender)
The Chelsea captain would have done anything for a quiet, serene afternoon at the heart of the defence. Instead questions about his long-term viability at this level will persist after Rondon beat him for pace and prompted him into a doomed lunge that resulted in a red card.
Chelsea’s captain, John Terry, was red-carded over the weekend, the first time in many years
ANGELO OGBONNA | West Ham 3-4 Bournemouth (Defender)
Had a tough go at it in the opening 30 minutes, though was hardly the worst member of the defence, before being sacrificed for Tomkins before half-time.
Angelo Torino was also terrible in defence for Bournemouth
AARON CRESSWELL | West Ham 3-4 Bournemouth (Defender)
Two absolutely dreadful miscues lead directly to both first-half goals for Wilson. Had a shocking game in defence.
Cresswell was also not up to scratch, and was one of the flops for Bournemouth
YOHAN CABAYE | Crystal Palace 2-1 Aston Villa (Midfielder)
A seriously disjointed game for him, as his passing was careless and his ideas out of sync with his team-mates.
Cabaye, a former Newcastle player, was pathetic for Crystal Palace
PEDRO OBIANG | West Ham 3-4 Bournemouth (Midfielder)
Defensive cover was inconsistent at best, though some careless play from the men behind him was the reason the Hammers were put under so much pressure.
Pedro Obiang gave much work to his defence, instead of acting as a cover for them

IBRAHIM AFELLAY | Norwich City 1-1 Stoke City (Midfielder)
A fairly disappointing afternoon for the signing from Barcelona, as he failed to make an impact before being substituted early.
The ex-Barcelona man did not live to expectations that followed his arrival at the Potters
ERIK LAMELA | Leicester City 1-1 Tottenham (Midfielder)
Failed to make much of an impact on his first start of the season. Couldn’t find a way past the Leicester defence and brought several Tottenham attacking moves to disappointing ends with poor passing.
Since his arrival from Rome, Lamela has been anything but impressive
MARKO ARNAUTOVIC | Norwich City 1-1 Stoke City (Forward)
Another who saw his afternoon come to an early end by Mark Hughes as he struggled to make a statement down the left-hand side.
His coach was right to have substitute him for a below-par performance all afternoon
GABBY AGBONLAHOR | Crystal Palace 2-1 Aston Villa (Forward)
Pace in the first half put him into some great positions, but his end product let him down as Villa fell to another defeat.
Gabby will rue his performance in the match where a lot was expected from him
