The Islamic Musician Association of Nigeria (ISMAN) has suspended two popular Islamic singers, Alhaji Ibrahim Labaika and Ahmad Alawiye for anti-group activities.
According to a release signed by the National President of ISMAN, Alhaji Wasiu Kayode Al-Sadeeq, the two musicians were suspended for conducts that could drag the name of the association in the mud.

Al-Sadeeq said the duo were involved in social vices such as extortion, hooliganism among other things that are deviations from the teachings of Allah.
The ISMAN president said Labaika and Alawiye were found guilty by the disciplinary committee set up by the association and have been suspended indefinitely.
