President Muhammadu Buhari hosted a state dinner for the United Nations (UN) Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon at the Presidential Villa on Monday, August 24.
The UN secretary had earlier met with Nigeria’s vice president, Yemi Osinbajoalongside some Muslim and Christian leaders.
Ban Ki Moon stated that his arrival in Nigeria is in line for Buhari’s strong political commitment to good governance, participatory democracy and his commitment to fighting terrorism.
