Nigerian goal machine, Odion Ighalo's brace helps Watford trash Liverpool

Nigerian goal machine, Odion Ighalo scored a brace Watford as they notched their fourth Premier League win in a row with a 3-0 victory over Liverpool at Vicarage Road.

The hosts went ahead with just two minutes on the clock, Adam Bogdan fumbling a corner and allowing Nathan Ake to fire home from close range.

Odion Ighalo then added a second just before the half hour mark, shrugging off the attentions of Martin Skrtel and firing low past Bogdan.

The Reds were much improved after the break but could not find a way past Heurelho Gomes with Ighalo compounding their misery by adding his second of the afternoon late on, heading home Valon Behrami's cross.

Watford, now 7th in the league are just a point off the top 4 in the premier league, and that feat has been inspired yet again by Ighalo's 12th goal of the English Premier League.
