Chelsea Football Club will fight their former club doctor, Eva Carneiro's constructive dismissal claim as she appears in Tribunal seeking justice after touchline row with Jose Mourinho.

Former Chelsea doctor, Eva Carneiro failed to reach a settlement with the club at an employment tribunal that lasted almost three hours on Wednesday and a date has been fixed for the full hearing.
Carneiro, supported by her new husband, Jason De Carteret, attended the private hearing before a senior judge at London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon.
The former first-team doctor is claiming constructive dismissal and sex discrimination against Chelsea after she was exiled from her pitch-side duties following a public row with Jose Mourinho.
The date for the full tribunal is understood to be in June after the Barclays Premier League season ends.
Mourinho could be ordered to give evidence in person, but would only face a maximum £1,000 fine if he did not attend.
It can be recalled that Carneiro and Mourinho clashed after she ran on to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard during their season opener against Swansea City, leaving Chelsea with nine men.
Mourinho later described Carneiro and first-team physio Jon Fearn as ‘impulsive and naive’.
Following his comments, the Football Association cleared Mourinho of using sexist language towards her after he denied any wrongdoing.
She did not appear on the bench again before parting company with Chelsea.
