English Premier League club Chelsea are ready to offload Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer.
According to reports from Spain, Chelsea have reached an agreement in principle with Real Madrid over the transfer of Hazard.
The Chelsea winger has been on Zinedine Zidane's radar for some time and the Real boss is not dissuaded by Hazard's poor form this season.
The report also claims Chelsea valuation of Hazard stands around £78million (€100m).
