The pervert follows the woman before bending down to take the woman's half-naked photo
A shameless elderly man has been caught on CCTV taking a photo up the dress of a female shopper in a supermarket.
Dailymail reports that the man was filmed committing the shocking act by CCTV cameras which captured him following a woman around before holding out his phone under her short summer dress and snapping a photo.
The incident took place in a shop in the city of Chelyabinsk in central Russia.
