A woman did this to her husband in Ogun state for marrying another wife. According to rumours, the couple even had sexual intercourse before she perpetuated this act overnight.
The weapon used by the woman remains unclear as well as the circumstances surrounding the near-fatal attack.
The husband is currently receiving treatment at Ijebu-Ode General Hospital. An insider said the woman orchestrated the attack as a result of unbearable jealousy of sharing him with another woman.
