How Oyegun Falsified My Death Certificate - APC Rep
Christopher Erhodyne, a Delta state House of Representatives aspirant from the All Progressives Congress (APC), has reportedly said that the National Chairman of the party, Chief John Oyegun and the governorship candidate of the state, O’tega Emerhor, falsified his death certificate and presented it to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to get him disqualified from 2015 election.

According to Vanguard, the Delta state politician has started several legal processes to send both the national chairman and governorship candidate to prison, stating that their alleged action broke the law.
Erhodyne who spoke to newsmen at a briefing in Abuja, said that the action of the APC national chairman and the party’s governorship candidate in Delta State took place after he was unanimously endorsed as the candidate of APC during the party’s House of Assembly primary election, to represent Sapele,Okpe and Uvwie Federal Constituency, in Delta State.
After wining the primaries, Erhodyne said they resorted to frustrating his quest to contest the election by falsifying his death certificate and submitting same it to INEC just as they replaced his candidacy with Gibson Akporhe.
He added that this was a conspiracy between Oyegun and O’tega and he is heading to court to commit those involved in this hideous crime to prison.
Meanwhile the old and new governors elected on the platform of APC have accused incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan of running the economy to a standstill leaving them with an empty treasury to work with.
