SEE The Suspected Female Suicide Bomber Who Wanted To Attack Cameroon’s Market

A suspected female suicide bomber was arrested in Cameroon by local police after she allegedly attempted to launch an attack in Maroua market on Thursday, July 30.
Recall that at least 13 people were killed and 32 injured in two suicide attack in Maroua on July 22. The first explosion hit the central market of the town. An explosive was reportedly detonated by a teenage girl who disguised herself as a beggar.
Alerted Cameroonian police was said to have prevented another tragedy by detaining a suspected bomber yesterday. See the photo below:

In another development the Chadian police on Friday arrested a male suicide bomber who disguised as a woman. He reportedly tried to bomb Djembe market.

Meanwhile Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari spoke today about the increased capacity of the country to eliminate Boko Haram insurgency. He expressed confidence that with the full activation of the Multi National Joint Task Force, which involves Cameroon and Chad, terrorism would soon become the thing of the past in the affected region.
