Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha has done what many call hilarious with a photo he recently took with the United States President, Barrack Obama and President Muhammadu Buhari.
Okorocha turned the photo he took with U.S President into a billboard and placed in the state capital.
Recall that Okorocha was one of the delegates who accompanied President Buhari to America, and it was during that trip he met Obama.
The picture, which has generated so many comments on Nigeria’s social media, had the caption, “Behold, the new faces of change”.
Following his re-election for a second term in office, Governor Rochas Okorocha had dissolved the state’s executive council and appointed his son-in-law as his chief of staff.
