Danfo Driver Beaten Silly By Soldier In Lagos (Photos)

Some pictures have surfaced on the internet of how a soldier reportedly battered a commercial bus driver in Apapa area of Lagos earlier today.
Eyewitness reports on Nairaland have it that the Nigerian military and other agencies were trying to control the traffic on the bridge by giving way for smaller vehicle to go through when this unnamed driver came to obstruct traffic, leaving the queue that was created by the task force.
The man was asked to start rolling on the floor
The eyewitness simply identified by a nickname nicerichard05, said: “he was already causing traffic when we eventually allowed him to enter in front of us.
The man seems to be pleading with the soldier here
“One military officer came and told him to park and then roll on the floor from the bridge down to Area B police station. The scene was such an entertaining one because even his passengers said they told him to follow the queue peacefully but he refused.
Passers-by looking on as the soldier keeps punishing the man for insurrection
“I wish to use this medium to commend the Nigerian Military and the joint task force for the good work they are doing in other to ease traffic in Apapa.
“To all Danfo drivers please always respect yourselves, obey traffic rules and stay out of trouble.”
A young man was also last week butchered and set ablaze for reportedly robbing a woman of a pot of soup in Calabar, Cross River state.
