Legendary singer and veteran Nollywood actress, Onyeka Onwenu, has come under fire from Nigerians following her visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.

While at Aso Villa, she was pictured kneeling down to greet President Buhari. Nigerians have taken to twitter to blast the veteran singer, accusing her of begging the president weeks after she was accused by the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) of N17 million contract bribe.
The songstress who campaigned vigorously for former president Goodluck Jonathan in the weeks leading up to the 2015 elections has in recent times been in the eye of the storm, following allegations of graft leveled against her.
