An Ikeja senior magistrates court 4, Ogba, Lagos has refused bail to a suspect, Tope Thomas, 32, who was charged to court for having sex with a 3-year old girl (names withheld).
Police prosecutor, Sergeant Jimah Isedeghe, alleged in the charge that Thomas had sex with the minor in his house, at 4, Mafo close off Yaya Abatan Street, Ogba, in Ikeja magisterial district on August 28, 2015.
Rape
The offence is contrary to and punishable under section 137 of the criminal laws of Lagos
