Asuquo Ekpenyong Ekpe, the elder brother of the former director general of the Department of State Security, Ekpenyong Ita, was on Friday, September 4, kidnapped in Cross River state.
The victim was whisked away from his residence in Creek Town, Odukpani LGA, The Nation reports.
A source, whose name has not been provided, said:
