United Kingdom has sentenced to life imprisonment a 39-year-old Nigerian man.

Adebayo Ekun was said to be part of a gang that beat and killed 18-year-old Marcus Hall in 2001, leaving him dying in the street.

After committing the murder, Ekun reportedly have fled to Nigeria in an effort to evade imprisonment.

The report said five people out of the gang were found guilty for the murder, but Ekun evaded arrest and fled the United Kingdom, after he was recognized in a Closed-Circuit Television footage of the attack, which occurred outside the
