Toure rejects £430,000-a-week deal from China

Manchester City’s Yaya Toure, has reportedly turned down an incredible £430,000-a-week offer from China to stay at the Etihad until the end of this season, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The Ivorian’s current deal expires in the summer and he is expected to leave.

Toure was initially left out of City’s squad by manager Pep Guardiola, following comments made by his agent. He has since been brought back into the fold and is now a regular, with Ilkay Gundogan ruled out for the season.

His family is settled in Cheshire and the 33-year-old is keen to sit down with the club to discuss his future.
